We are here to provide you with wonderful, welcoming, FUN group fitness classes. Here are a few basics that help us do that.
Class sizes are limited. Walk-ins are always welcome if there is room in class. Priority will be given to those who sign up before either in class, or preferably with the online scheduler via our class schedule.
Life can get a little crazy- we understand. If you have to cancel, please do it no less than 2 hours before class to have the class credit refunded. To do this simply log in to your client account, under the schedule tab there will be a "cancel" hyperlink to the right of the class you can click.
Sign up on the wait list- we'll email you to let you know when a spot becomes available.
If you do sign up on the wait list, keep an eye on your email. Missed classes without cancellation will be charged against your class pack balance just like you were there.

We have two locations. One in Midlothian at Legacy School of Dance and one in Powhatan at PCC. Please check on the Class Schedule below to make sure of the correct location of the class you would like to attend. PCC Classes are only on Thursdays.

*Monthly Memberships are available for purchase as well.
Ultimate Monthly - Unlimited classes throughout the month ($75)
Mini Monthly - 9 Classes to use throughout the month, an average of 2 classes per week ($45)
*Please note monthly memberships expire at the end of the month for which they were purchased.

Absolutely not! All of our classes are formatted in a way that anyone from novice to fitness fanatic will feel sucessful. As with all exercise programs, you should check with your physician to make sure exercise is safe for you.
Comfy workout clothes are best, long pants are suggested for Barre Fitness. Please wear tennis shoes or sneakers for all classes except Pilates and Barre Fitness, for these classes you can either wear grippy socks or bare feet.
You may sign up online using credit/debit cards. Don't want to pay online? No problem - we also accept cash, check, or cards in person at class.
