Zumba® Fitness

Cardio Party! Bring your smiles and your water bottles to this hour long dance fitness party. Lose yourself in the music of Latin and International beats, and you'll be breaking it down on the dance floor in no time with easy to follow moves.  Zumba® Fitness is so much fun and so addictive won't even realize you are working out!

  

Barre Fitness

Barre is an exciting new group fitness trend based on It is based on elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Athletic Conditioning and consists of high energy, low impact and fat burning exercises.

 

Barre is a total body class inspired by Pilates, Ballet, Yoga, and Athletic Conditioning. This 55 minute class starts with a warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises using light free weights, push-ups and plank. Then we move into a series of ballet barre or floor exercises that focus on the lower body. Rounding out class by working your core (abs and back) and stretching for elongated muscles.

 

Barre Express

Barre is a total body class inspired by Pilates, Ballet, Yoga, and Athletic Conditioning. This 45 minute express class is Barre amped up! It starts with a warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises using light free weights, push-ups and plank. Then we move into a series of ballet barre or floor exercises that focus on the lower body. Rounding out class by working your core (abs and back) and stretching for elongated muscles.

  

Pilates

This mat based class works on core strength, and building elongated balanced muscles.   

Piloxing


A NON-STOP, CARDIO FUSION OF STANDING PILATES, BOXING, AND DANCE THAT WILL PUSH YOU PAST YOUR LIMITS

PILOXING SSP is a high-energy interval workout that uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates. These techniques are also supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Add to that fun dance moves and you have a workout that will tone muscle, burn fat and empower you both physically and mentally.

Using the most current science, PILOXING SSP incorporates formats such as interval and barefoot training to burn maximum calories and increase stamina.

Piloxing Barre

PILOXING Barre

is a comprehensive well-rounded workout that is low impact, yet intensity building. This program creates full body awareness utilizing a Ballet Barre for the entire class- both standing and grounded. PILOXING Barre method integrates boxing with ballet-inspired Pilates moves while wearing weighted PILOXING gloves, which will up the ante and increase calorie burn, toning benefits, and workout intensity.

PILOXING KNOCKOUT

PILOXING KNOCKOUT is the ultimate test of athleticism and the latest release by the world-renowned fitness brand, PILOXING Knockout takes fitness to a whole new level!

This killer workout will not only test your endurance to the max, but will push your physical abilities past their limits. This high-intensity, plyometric, functional core-centric program, will conquer obstacles and change your fitness level to points you didn't know your body was capable of reaching.

Your Instructor will guide your through 6 rounds, consisting of a 3-minute Base and a 2-minute drill. Each Base will take you through a whole new way of performing high intensity core strengthening exercises, influenced by boxing, functional training, cardio and plyometrics. The drills consist of dynamic classics with a hard-core twist – core twist, push-up with a burpee.

Kickbox Conditioning
An intense, kickboxing-inspired workout. This workout is designed to get maximum results in minimum time. This 30 minute intense full-body interval class incorporates traditional kickboxing wtih controlled weight-bearing movements and athletic conditioning drills. Get your gloves and let's go!

POUND - Rockout. Workout.™

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

With the use of lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, Ripstix™, the 45-minute group class combines simulated drumming with cardio, strength training and Pilates to achieve a full-body workout.
